which regoin of the small and large intestines is most susceptible to ischaemia?

  #2

In the large intestine:
-Anastamosis between superior and inferior mesenteric arteries at the junction of proximal 2/3 and distal 1/3 of transverse colon
-Anastamotic area between superior (inferior mesenteric), and middle and inferior rectal a. (Internal Illiac).

Small intestine, not sure about. Guessing that it might be the anastamosis between the superior (Ciliac Trunk) and inferior (superior mesenteric) pancreaticoduodinal a. at head of pancreas.

I'm not too sure about this, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
