SURGERY LOR for Medicine??

Hello,

I am an IMg from Pakistan....I did my electives at UCLA California in General Surgery and got a very good LOR....at that time I wanted to do surgery but now my plans have changed...

I want to know if I apply for Medicine, can I use that LOR for the medicine programmes...cuz I dont have a LOR for medicine....but that Surgery LOR is so well written...I would hate to see it go to waste....

Any suggestions??

Use the letter.......or ask it to be revised.....

Hi

Having one good LOR is better than none. So I'd use it, and tell the PD why you changed your mind.
