Could anyone tell me if it is a good resource for Qs? How does its difficulty level correlate to that of the real exam or Kaplan Q-bank? Thanks a lot!

i only have biochem and physio and in both cases i thought they were useless. wayyyyy too detailed and un-usmle-like. in retrospect, i bet pretest physical diagnosis would have been useful, tho'.

questions not representative. Good test of obscure facts, but not worth the effort, IMHO.

The only one worth doing are the pretest "clinical vignettes" mcq's, but it's a book with only 400 q's so you're still better off doing q-bank.
