From lot of posts of those who have taken the exam I could see that there are also questions which need knowledge from radiology. And I never saw a post where someone said that he is using book for radiology.I am still med student and i didn't have yet radiology and i plan to take step 1 before my clinical part of med school. Is it clever idea or i should wait to finish my med school and than take the step.

Hi, I think most exam takers do not study in particular a radiology book for step 1. I just spent some time to browse some atlases. You may get a patient (or few more) having some specific findings for an anatomical structure you need to identify on Xray, CT scan, MRI... Regards!

I have no preferences, any atlas should be ok for just couple of hours of browsing. Also I put some links for radiology here, some are pretty nice sites. Regards! <:from_book:>
