What if i mentioned something in the ptient note (eg.sign) not actually done inpatient encounter?
Is it counted in negative?or not counted at all?
I heard that the PN will be only available in typing format in mid 2011.any comments?Thanks

it's considered as a mistake.Don't write in PN things that u didn't perform in exam room
PERRLA? Think before writing it in PN-did you shine a light inpatients eye?
Instead mention things that You didn't perform in "workup"
