Hi! So here's a neat question: A 92 year old, very active woman--president of her own insecticide spraying company--reports she has been feeling more fatigued than usual--especially on weekends when she's not working, "It's like I start good in the morning, but get more tired as the day goes on, Doc. I mean, I have trouble keeping my eyes open, and I'm not a napper usually. But as long as I'm working, I think it keeps me young--just as soon as I smell the crop dusters and see the fields to spray, I start feeling better. Maybe I should work 7 days a week!". What is the dz and the mechanism for improvement this afflicted peppy senior is experiencing? I'll write back after a few of you try this.

MG and improvement is due to cholinesterase inhibitors in insecticides

GREAT JOB GUYS! Now don't blame me if this is actually impossible--but you and I were on the same wavelength because this is what I was thinking! Not sure it's the best therapy for anyone though  Hey, maybe I'll still pass the USMLE after all!!!
